today we celebrated the independence day of finland :) it's our tradition to invite people over to our house for dinner. today it was my family, my cousinfamily, my grandmother and my friend emmamae. for appetizers I made honey melon chunks wrapped in prosciutto with ruccola on the side, optional balsamico & oil. ate way too much of the main course, we had turkey with stuffing, gravy and everything. sooo good, I like turkey way better than christmas ham. our dessert was pannacotta with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and chocolate covered strawberries. only if I will survive until christmas now? yes.
